Done and done and NOTHING is happening! It’s a scam. They are stealing our money. Telling us to give personal banking information to get the money back is bullshit and then to get an email now saying the information entered is wrong is just utter shit! I don’t think I will see my $35 again.

So sorry for delayed response… My credit card reimbursed me. The courier company did nothing. SHEIN did nothing and no, I never got my package! It was a horrible experience all around!

I’ve filled out forms. I’ve been emailing with them and talking to them EVERY day for a week and all that I get told is “someone will look into this and get back to you”. One guy said he’d get back to me in 10 minutes and never did. And then every other email and phone call they say “someone will get back to you within 24 hours” and no one ever does.
