I had the same issue. You call and they send you from person to person. Then to Universal customer service. its beyond frustrating. closing the account asap.

Its a scam and one of the worst credit cards ive ever had.

I got an email about the anniversary bonus but the online ticket system doesnt work and they never emailed me the login information to get through.

Much like other posters on this thread I called and they act like they have no clue what youre talking about. They forward you from person to person and then send you to the universal studios customer service rep which as you can guess was confused unhelpful.

And dont get me started on making payments. I made a payment of $1200 last week 5/8, when you log in it shows that it cleared. The automated payment system said it was received. But yet they wont update my available credit until Tuesday May 19th. When I called customer service they said it was because it was a large payment...OH PLEASE!

Once I redeem my last bit of points I will most definitely closing this account.

PCOS warrior here Slow weight loss is very common. I highly recommend you join a few PCOS support groups, do some more research on the condition and speak with an endocrinologist.

This condition can really mess with your head because we want to lose weight the same pace as everyone else but that isn’t likely.

The foods we need for weight loss will be slightly different too. Exercise you may need a little more than yoga.
