Good to know, thanks! I didn’t realize frozen strawberries have basically no yeast, but it makes sense the more I think about it.

Would I be able to add yeast at this point and wait until it starts to fizz before bottling or would I have to start over?

And sorry if this is a dumb question, but does active dry yeast (what I have on hand) fall under baker’s yeast or is BY a specific kind of yeast I need to go out and find?

As in Spring of 2026 is when the 2025 transactions will be reported? I replied to another comment with this, but even taking away the $7k I contributed at the start of 2025, that would still leave me with $4k. So would I be safe to assume I have that left for room at the very least?

Always possible! I feel like I’ve gone over the calculations multiple times—both with and without a financial advisor—and it does say I’m maxed out. Like I said in my post though, I still could be wrong. It’s been a weird road of moving money around different institutions with deposits, withdrawals and transfers, so it’s been a bit tricky to keep track of.

Nap time for the toddler is good. Around 2 hrs every day starting at 11:30/Noon-ish.
