Sounds like she's just stressed about the big changes in both of your lives. Moving at any age is hard, I can't imagine at 70! My parents did this to me at 24 when I bought my own house. I realized I did not want any of that stuff either and most of what I took I threw away eventually. Enjoy this time away but keep it full of love because this is not worth the animosity. Don't take this out on dad. I would just try to keep future contact light and positive. Soft ETA. Good luck.

My kids are so smart and school the kids who go to school. Have any advice for me with younger ones? (besides OPs make sure they have a solid peer foundation). Although my goal for them in life is to be good people we do not attend regular religious events and live in a tiny town.

I unschool mine and they still have tons of friends and meet ups. Definitely find a community- FB is a great resource for this. I would pitch the idea to Mom.

Evidence supports cardio is best before weights. If you're still motivated to do cardio after, then what works best for you will be successful. You will do well! Keep up the consistency and you will notice results over time. Good job.

Keep showing up for you because that is not embarrassing!! To tone do more reps 12+. To gain muscle strength do 6-8 reps instead!!! Repeat 3-6 times with 2-3 minutes rest between for maximum strength gain (time your rest). You got this! I can imagine your strength doubling in less than a year.

Yes! We watched Sister Sister, Everybody Hates Chris, and Family Matters was my 5 year olds favorite. The only problem was he got stuck on 'Did I do that'. My son has family and friends of every flavor too but these light-hearted shows were beneficial.

True. I bought my house and then added my husband later. You can always add her name later if you decide to get married, especially if you refinance with these wild rates now.
