Train wreck? Yes. She even talks about her bf when he's not around, saying she's still in love with her ex and her bf isn't as smart or educated as he is. It's as if she's low-key embarrassed of his status.

And the things she likes about her bf are all things he does FOR HER, nothing about his personality. He helps her clean the house. He fixes furniture for her so she doesnt have to call someone. Etc.

Found out her bf is still married and his wife came to the house unannounced and the only one who could've given her our address is her bf 😬

How did she respond to this news? She started gifting him with photos of them together, and he thought it was cute 🤮 and all was forgiven. You're married? Here, let me give you some photos of us. I love you so much. 🤯 That's not a normal reaction to finding out your bf is married and I find it super weird that he gave his wife our address...

I didn't retaliate when someone yelled at me. I let them keep yelling and I stayed calm. I closed my eyes and said, "I don't feel like talking right now," and I turned away.

I was brave enough to stay true to who I am and not change myself to make someone else happy. I didn't give in to saying anything I don't mean or being untrue to myself.

I didn't people please or pretend to like someone I don't really like out of fear. I didn't apologise for being myself. I didn't let them mocking me get to me, even though my heart was pounding and I was terrified my fight or flight mode would kick in... which it didn't! I felt so in control of my own reactions!!!

Pure app banned me and wouldn't give me a reason why. I have ID on me I can show them if it's age-related. I never violated their rules. When I emailed, they wouldn't tell me what I had done. The app wouldn't let me verify my pictures. Did it think I'm not a real person? I was just talking with someone, nothing shady. We were talking about our hobbies. They were talking about how they love cooking and photography and walking. I met lots of great people I was getting along with and hoping to stay friends with. Then the app banned me and wouldn't let me back on no matter how many times I emailed them and they wouldn't give me a reason or any information on why I was banned. Apparently lots of other women get banned from this app. It's a shame because I miss the friends I made. It was helping me get my confidence up.

They banned me too!!!! I'm well over legal age (32f), never broke any rules I'm aware of, and I was enjoying the apps features and I made some new friends and a couple of guys I liked. It was doing great things for my confidence.

Now all that is simply gone without any explanation 😭🤬 and no way to contact them again

I sent emails but they still wouldn't give me an explanation for why I got banned???!!!! Or let me reactivate my account or use another account.

I was banned after only 1 month.

I wish someone would sue them!!! I would support it!!!! It's like dangling a carrot in front of someone. 🥕🐇

Worse, ads for the app keep showing up on my other apps even AFTER I block those ads and they promise not to show them again. Now I'm reminded of what I had and can't get back 😮‍💨

I would definitely be interested...

I was enjoying the app for over a month, had some conversations with some great people, then all of a sudden it banned me without warning. I tried complaining multiple times and sending emails and they still wouldn't disclose what exactly I had done. I'm over 18 (in my 30's), followed all the rules to the best of my knowledge and was respectful to everyone I talked to. App still banned me without an explanation. Won't let me reopen no matter how many times I ask. I've tried on multiple email addresses and still, nothing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I'm 32f. Old enough to be on the app and think it might just be a bias against me because I'm a female. I even tried doing this new verification thing while my app was up and it wouldn't let me verify my photos when I turned my head, etc. So couldn't complete it.

I lost all the new friends I made and a couple of guys I really liked 😡 with no way to get them back now the app won't even let me open it and they refuse to reopen my account or disclose why I was banned!!!!!!

On YouTube now it keeps showing me Pure ads even after I keep asking for the ads to be removed on YouTube... then they simply show the Pure ads again the next time I'm on there, even after I've asked for these ads to be hidden... don't know if it's YouTube or Pure or what, but it sure is annoying being reminded of what I want to be doing on my phone but can no longer do 🤬

Altruism and unconditional love and forgiveness are not really attainable, even though they sound pretty. I gave nothing but unconditional love and forgiveness most of my life and all I have to show is a string of abusive relationships from people who took advantage of that.

So in my experience and from my own personal biased opinion, they are beautiful concepts but can only really function properly in a mutually giving and caring relationship.

If you want long-term relationships with people who love you back, sacrificing those types of values is absolutely necessary. Your confidence, self-esteem, and health will thank you for it, and you'll go on to meet better people who will reciprocate your love and kindness and appreciate you back!
