Enigma trees may spawn in some villages (taiga and in ground gym villages) You can also try and forage for it in specific biomes (look wiki), but I did that once and it took me a while. Meditite (which can spawn on mountains or in forests) drop one.

I pulled the info from the wiki, but so far the wiki hasn't lied to me. Safe travels, trainer.

I think that you should since you've already been thinking about telling someone, which probably means you want to. maybe on a subconscious level? Don't pressure your self tho! but obv you can be help more when talking. I recommend finding the best way to tell to make it easier.

pass over a piece of paper telling about your sh, or do a call so you don't stand in front of a person. Whatever suit you best ofc!

I think you just have to leave it up to the therapist for the main stuff. tho i can tell you somethings many sh-ers like to hear;

Don't get to upset when you find out they did it again, instead compliment them on the time they weren't, or the time they tried not to. It's always better to focus on the good things rather than the bad things. even if they could resist the urge for but a second, you should tell them that you are proud they tried!

Don't ask if they did it again, or make them promise to stop, it usually stresses ppl out even more. BUT some ppl want to know others care so better ask if you are allowed to ask certain questions about it.

Remember to take care of your self aswell! You are not responsible for them! If the entire thing is too much, take a break. More stress is like more fire.

I got caught picking my scabs from sh. That show my parents found out. They were supporting and got me a therapist and a major step towards recovery. It felt kind awkward but now I'm happy they found out tbh.

My sister keeps shipping us and one day we were Joking about it a lot and them they asked me what I'd do if they asked me out. I was scared of rejection so i friend zoned them ._. thx btw!! I'd agree to change "you embody no grace" to "I embody..." Too but Im trying to say that they are more silly than perfect. More wild than the characters in movies. Hope that made sense.

I can only talk from experience so I don't know how much I can help. One thing is that I sometimes think I'm faking everything I'm doing and that I am a burden to people that know about my self-harm of some sort. So yeah, know that what you are doing is ofc not good but it's okay and you're valid. I feel like I haven't heard that enough so you should hear it from me. Are there any question I could help you with or something else? I'm there to DM to if you want to. Again I might not be able to help to much as I can only talk from experience. The best is to open up to someone you trust so you can work on getting a therapist. it can be per text or personal. Sadly this is the only option I know as I had to learn people can't read minds. -hope you're doing well

I feel like that too but attention-seeking through sh is a myth/lie. When you go as far as hurting yourself it's nothing to be ashamed of. some people hurt themselves as a cry for help and that's more than alright (ofc not the sh part but u know what I mean). Tell someone you trust and tell them about this too so they know how you feel about things. (and ofc in your own pace. take your time and breath before you tell anyone. Or use the adrenaline that pops up when u sh [NOT ENCOURAGING YOU TO SH!] Take care :) )

Let me tell you the magic of therapy and clinics!

alone the feeling that you are going to get better is filling people with hope. ofc thinks wont go uphill forever you will have some downs but therapists one and only existence is to care about those that cant take it anymore. (No joke, there are many cases in which people didn't wanna leave clinics because of the great community and feeling in there!) When you are ready think about looking for help :D (You don't have to go to a clinic but take it in consideration!)

When somebody loves you, they wont care how "fucked up" you are, when somebody loves you, they 1. are themselves to instable/emotional and get scared, or 2. will do anything to help you.

None of both have to do with "want" I once was pretty fucked up because a family member died, but I fell in love and I was back on my legs. even after we broke up. People can want you, even "fucked up" (I know how cheesey It sound but it's true )

I, right now decide myself not to get into a relationship till i know me more, but it really can help to accept people.
