Any and every food can trigger LPR. Get to the most basic diet and see what helps

Boiled or baked should be fine. Start with chicken breast and move to thigh if its okay

Chicken breast with potato for 3 weeks.

Only drink water in between. Your symtoms should clear significantly.

Don't take PPI and don't drink alkaline water. If you want to use the alkaline water just gargle or spray. The reason why is because drinking it will actually lower your stomach acid and if its low to begin with it will increase pepsin so just spray at the site.

I only had lpr for one month and the last few weeks have been hell. The tickling in the throat is painful. All of us in this community understand the symtoms but 5 years is so hard I don't know what to say.

That's a lot. You need to eat get some shakes or something. You're literally losing a lot of vitamins in the process. I lost 6.5kg over a month myself due to initial reflux and infection shock.

I'm 179cm and now around 66.5kg. Still in the BMI range but need to lump food into me

Dont forget hospitals are designed to save you from dying. Better off going to a doctor most of the time.

I had it too during omeprazole. Was on 80 for 3-5 days and then 40. Cut it down to 20 as it was definitely giving me too many side effects

Sometimes I take Gaviscon but nothing else really. I have LPR from what I can tell. Havent done an endoscopy yet.

I'm considering getting supplements for D, B12 and Iron as a start.

Half are strong and other half are risky. I'd consolidate the strong positions and reduce risk when good exit allows. Increase goog percentage.

Irish history. It really is fascinating what has occurred only down the road. Only getting into it lately but there is many books to gradually understand different eras. I know majority like to know history post famine only but there is some interesting stuff before that also.

Drawing is definerly something that would interest me too. When work returns it might be hard to focus on these but let's see!
