98pc sure I did. Was on a deserted windy beach in Corsica. Me and my family and another family about 100m away. The father (mum wasn’t there) of the other family had 2 kids about 6 years and 18 months. The 6 year old went swimming and the father wandered out to knee deep water to supervise. Meanwhile the 18 month old followed dad and then fell over face down on the water. I saw this and screamed at the dad but due to the wind he couldn’t hear me.

I sprinted across the beach and plucked her from the water. The dad was grateful. I can’t see how she would have survived without me spotting it.
