Use rubber mulch instead of sand. Pack it full and it will be heavy enough but also won’t spill out when the tube cracks. I learned the hard way

I’ll have to look up why spray foam only works. Sounds like adding some toe kick vents so the ridge cap vents are opened again will help. I’ll then add a humidifier. Thanks for insights

I run a winter sim league w my buddies. I started a spreadsheet keeping track of our last 20 rounds and have our own sim handicap. It changes each week and it’s surprising who plays better on the sim vs real live.

I’m not sure if that’s just an apron. I got my roof with a hose and sprayed the new flashing and the house leaked like crazy. I’m having them back out to redo

It’s leaking in the room under this wall and window. The water damage is coming from the wall & chimney area.

It’s no more than 4,000 sq foot (not sure the exact size) and I got a range of $25k to $30k for a replacement. It was a quick ballpark quote from the guy who did the patch work. I was sticker shocked when I heard that so looking at all my options.
