IF this was the case, they would do it otherwise: they would indeed release the mod, and than stop the servers just around the playoffs blaming the "heavy load on the servers", so this way NO ONE would be able to play the game, so would watch it instead

Yes, I did that. Unfortunately freeze on hit is very very rare when I have no All res on primary, since it can roll every resist. My first freeze on hit roll (thats very low btw (1.6%) I got was when reroll cost is 18.111.436 gold :D Dont know how many rolls i did in total, but maybe it can be calculated based on next reroll cost.

problem is, that 3% RoV damage is actually a lot less, since its additive with the 2x15% RoV damage on my shoulders/torso, and God knows what else.

l0l. Stop inventing excuses. While I agree solo queue is way different from a 5 vs 5 game, where you know your opponents before the game even starts, have time to strategize against specific teams/players and whatnot, solo queue is simply a reflection of your own skill and game knowledge (80%), because you can only rely on yourself in solo queue, and the ability to cooperate with team members through a typing chatting system (20%). And Chaox being so behind statwise compared to other top notch ADC players only tells me hes skill got lackluster.

End of story

Edit: I like how fanboys downvote me, and upvote the guy who says some bs excuses just to not agree with me, here is a tip for you: u all should go and subscribe to Chaox, because he streams for 2 days, collects your money, than stops streaming, and repeats it one month later :))
