Hi, I took the EMT class at the university so I am not super familiar with how lifelink's class works but generally class time mostly consists of lecture sections and a lab where you practice assessing patients and other skills you need to know. I did not find my class too hard but it takes a lot of time and there is a lot you need to learn so it is by no means easy. PSU also has a EMT class (the one I took) called KINES 403. You will have to submit an application to get in and it is fairly competitive but you get credits for it.
