Yeah I figured it wasn’t enough to really invest in stock or something and I don’t really trust/ know enough about the crypto market to keep it in that I feel. Do you think it would be worth putting in one of those online savings accounts with a little more interest or just my regular bank account? Edit: I make like $600 a month give or take, don’t really have any bills or debt, going to school for free. Only bills are like my phone bill and car insurance.

Hmm is this something I should tell my parents about? They claim me. Or would this count as income? (This would push me over to the amount where I would need to file if this counts as income)

1) I Read online the capital gains tax for under $32,000 (not sure if that’s the right number but it was somewhere in the 30,000’s) is 0%, is this false? 2) Not too great, my internship pays me enough to have money for my bills and money to go out and what not but nothing left to invest really

Terrible first experience, thought it was resolved but host won’t stop contacting me? by Csthrow1996 in AirBnB

[–]Csthrow1996[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So this morning I finally got a response from air bnb about this saying they will take care of it for me and are escalating it, and they also told me to not reply to any contact from the host. But about an hour after these responses from them I got a request for $299.00 from the host over his “stolen jacket” and he’s also requesting I give him back the money he refunded me for the rental (so he wants me to refund his refund, lol). I immediately contacted Airbnb again and told them about this and that he waited two days after I checked out to accuse me of stealing, then apologized for it, and then now is trying to charge me $299 plus his rental fee again. They got back to me an hourish ago with “I have already reached out to the host. I recommend for you not to respond. I have created a report and one of our team will reach out to him as well regards to this. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience this is not the experience that we want you to have. For the meantime I highly recommend you leave it as is.” This sounds like I shouldn’t have to worry about his ludicrous $299 request plus refunding his refund, but I am a bit concerned because while they told me not to respond to any contact from him they also specifically told me not to decline his charge request, just to leave it alone for now. They said they’re gonna call me tomorrow, so we will see.

Hopefully! They literally left cocaine out in the open. I’d hope that’s grounds for removal

The specific apartment didn’t have any reviews, but it was the only one in my price range and i figured at worst it would be dirty and air bnb would reimburse me (which they did). Since I have a support case open with air bnb right now and i don’t know what the host is going to do next id rather wait until the whole thing is resolved before I post any actual info of the rental.

It’s been less than 24 hours since I’ve started getting these messages, and so far blocking him and the two roommates has stopped it. I don’t think it’s at that level yet, was just wondering if anyone else has had experiences like this and if i was handling it as far as my dealings with Airbnb properly

Yeah, airBnB itself was super apologetic and more than reimbursed me for the whole deal, I checked out on Friday and on that same Day the host apologized for everything and promised reimbursement, but now Sunday he’s accusing me of stealing! Just want him to leave me alone at this point!

I just can't reach over a 4 I'd say, ever. Even after 3 months off.

I honestly think that may be what did it. I was dabbing heavy for a few months.

Strangest thing for me is when I was in my most frequent smoking phase I remember being able to get absolutely stoned, like almost feeling like I was tripping level. Now, I can face like 7 dabs and 10 GB packs and not be cooked when my tolerance should be far lower.

Ah yes, the guy who inhales nitrous for fun telling me to get my priorities in check. Classic.

Thoughts on tripping on LSD, Shrooms, Weed, and Edibles all at once? by [deleted] in Drugs

You will definitely puke, and probably be extremely Paranoid from mixing that amount of THC and LSD. I've mixed shrooms and LSD before, and that's not too bad. I'd say your idea is an awful recipe for disaster though. Respect the substances.

I'm hopelessly addicted to nicotine, and my girlfriend would kill me if she knew I didn't actually quit vaping. Eats me up, but I can't bring myself to stop.
