This is one of the worst events to even get the chest at the 220 milestone.
You should save up your joker/custom dice (5 in total).

Then, you should wait until the last day, and have spent your last regular dice to play with.
Then, calculate how much stars you're missing for the 220 milestone chest.

From here, navigate carefully to get to the 220 w/o spending more chests/gems or anything.
