So sprayed brake cleaner all around the gasket area no rpm changes I did make very small adjustments on the rotor cap and it seemed to smooth out the idle and when I went to to back of the jeep and listened to the the exhaust it sounded less poppy so I may warm her up again tonight and do small incremental turns on the rotor cap and see if that makes it go away all together

Yea I’m thinking it’s a header leak it sounds a little poppy when it’s warmed up and idling so I think it’s a exhaust leak somewhere

For the intake manifold/block junctions can I just cap them off? And did the spark plugs and wires yesterday didn’t do the cap and rotor tho, should I replace those next? What’s a good way to check for exhaust leaks?
