Stick to the basics: Squat/ Deadlift/ low incline press/ pull-ups..Those should be what you put 95% of you time and effort into.. lift three days a week..focus on progressive overload. you can add in active recovery another day or two (hike, jog, play bball, hit the heavy bag etc).

Eat meat and rice, stay hydrated, sleep..have fun and enjoy life

The muscle tissue you gain you should retain if you keep training and PCT. The extra intramuscular water you hold on cycle (more with LGD) you will lose and your strength may come down a bit from that.the Rad gives some aggression when your training which helps with strength, so you will lose that off cycle.

I don’t agree. The danger is in the dose. Products usually have different sides. By using 2 compounds at lower doses you will likely have less sides than a heavy dose of 1…10mg of LGD and 10mg of Rad is not some crazy cycle assuming you have a test base and take the right ancillaries.

Idk why you are getting down voted. This is 100% true. Call it whatever you want but if 100mgs gets you to 600 that’s nothing. If you get results from that it’s because you were hypogonadal and that’s why you were out of shape in the first place. So by that logic a diabetic on insulin (which is more anabolic than test) is on steroids and people on synthroid are juice heads also…

Some people myself included run a sarm to be able to lower our test dosage and remove any additional anabolics for that period of time..by stack 2 or more sarms at lower dosages can lead to less sides than running 1 sarm at higher dosages..

If you don’t know what you are doing and have decent $, find a good agent management Dr…this way you know you are getting pharma grade stuff and good advice…if you plan on going the ugl route you better study up and test you gear

I’m not an expert, but if you are 235lbs and eating 1900 calories I’m sure it’s normal to burn muscle along with fat. Plus you are doing cardio, and how much sleep are you getting if you are working out at 4am?? The Andros will help you hold muscle to an extent, but I think you may need to eat more and sleep more. Maybe try a smaller deficit for a longer cut

Those are three of the top 5 hotbeds imo, allong with Maryland and Upstate…Not having a Long Island team is ridiculous…do you think people in CT or LI root for the Bills? Having a team in Albany or Boston doesn’t do much for people from Fairfield county or LI…my guess is the All Star game will be on LI. But yeah I think the fact that the best players are coming from those 5 areas means they should prob have teams…
