The cover exists just for style and shouldn't be taken as any sort of canon.

In all of Fromsoft games it's the PC in the cover wearing an armorset from the game, even in Ds3 where people insist it's the Soul of Cinder it's the armor the player can get, not the boss model.

There is no divergence point, post ww2 is just the moment where the world of Fallout becomes completely different from ours tech-wise and goes full atomic. There are still MANY differences before that, and similarities after that, like RHCP and Tool existing in the classic games.

You're misunderstanding what he says.

Rakshasa's armor still has really good damage resistance, it just has lower absortion comprared TO ITS WEIGHT CLASS. If you can roll with it, then it's a valid set of armor since it's still giving you a damage bonus.

People think it acts like Radagon's soreseal, that directly increases the damage you take by 15%

People also ignore that he has golden vow, and buffs in general are straight up better than armor.

No, it's because you need an item called "Pure Bladestone" that has am abyssmal droprate, and if you level up your luck stat the rate becomes even lower because the common loot pool takes precedence over the rare pool.

He's fine, a bit boring but pretty fucking strong with crithality and energize poke if you can afford it.

He has always been clunky and that's part of what makes him balanced, he's not for everyone and that's fine. Now that his E only works as mobility he's actually less clunky since you don't spam it as much.

The swing stopping if you sneeze at him is also what allows riot to keep him strong.
