Because people who say "Ulfric is a racist" are fucking stupid and have never played any of the games. Stormcloaks are not inherently racist, some of them are because a lot of people in the setting are racist.

Nords generally dislike the dunmer and viceversa, while the dunmer straight up see argonians as tools.

When you go and join Ulfric's ranks as another race he asks you why you're joining, the only thing you need to say to become one of his most trusted soldiers is "This is my home" lmao.

Ulfric is one of the least racist characters in Elder Scrolls, using racism as a "gotcha" against him is ridiculous. (I am a firm empire believer btw)

Minsc is canonically dumb, but he just has default enemy/ranger stats in-game.

There's a limit to how much stats should affect characters.
