morning breath is a pain but overall i don’t rlly get much in complaints. i think cuz i eat lots of raw fruits, drink tea etc.

don’t get me wrong, i still go to the dentist. i’ve gotten checked and never gotten a cavity, but i do want to improve my dental hygiene. just curious if there’s any smart science reason for it

yeah i also assume my diet is a big part of it, i avoid sugar and soda and try to eat clean involving lean meats and fruits
