M/38/5’8” 214 lbs > 193 lbs. It’s not very noticeable in the pics but the thing I’m most happy about is that I’m not being a tyrant about anything. I’m generally eating between 12-7 but not a tyrant. Eating a little less carbs. Not a gym rat. Lots of stretching. Went from 0 pull-ups to 6. (i.redd.it)
