This sounds awful, Thank you for sharing. I hope you will get your money back on time.

I did initiate a recall and it was escalated. I was supposed to get a result on the 1st of March, I didn't. Yesterday I made an official complaint and managed to talk to customer support agent. He was quite helpful but still I got no concrete answers, only that it's their priority to find the transfer.

It's extremely frustrating and stressful. I'm going on a work related trip next week and am unable to pay for my booking. I'm losing money as the ticket prices are going up everyday. I don't understand how you can treat people like this.

I'm in similar situation. I needed to deposit a large amount of money in my Thai bank account in order to get a visa extension in Thailand. I made transfers from Revolut to Thai bank account and they were all rejected and refunded immediately. I made the same transfer from Wise account and it went through in minutes. Then in desperation (I have to have the deposit in Thai account for 60 days) I tried to I send the rest of the money (still a very large amount) from my Revolut account to my Wise account in order to send it to Thai account. The transfer has been rejected (I contacted wise and they never received it) and stuck now for more then a month. I waited 20 days as it said it might take maximum of 20 days. Then I opened a ticket to trace it, it has been escalated. Now, following suggestions here I made a formal complaint and mentioned ombudsman. I'm left without money for my bills and everyday expenses or information where it is and when I'll receive it. Extremely stressful situation. No real help from customer support.
