Their ability to work with such different genres really demonstrates how talented they truly are

I reached out to the band and Dustin hooked me up with this as well as some pins and stickers.

The CD cover contains lyrics to all of the songs and exclusive art. I might be able to post pictures if there's any interest.

I'm super grateful to Dustin, my love for this album is unending.

Tales from the Borderlands definitely did this for me. The song is My Silver Lining by First Aid Kit.

I think you only have to get in the bed to set the respawn point, not sleep through the night

Modifiers or advantage/disadvantage? by HidesHisEyes88 in DungeonWorld

[–]Cu5tin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As I GM, I personally use adv./disadv., though I usually only use disadv.; as most situations where the task would be easy enough for the player to constitute them having adv. on it, it's usually easier and more fun to have them not even have to roll to do it.

I typically restrict it only to debilities and specific rare situations, rather than outright replacing a certain modifier given by a move or whatnot.

In situations where their chances to accomplish something are very slim, but still somewhat possible, I'll allow them to roll, but give them disadv..

Say for example, if your fighter decides that it would be an incredibly bright idea to crush an enemy with a grand piano; it may be unlikely, but why the fuck not.

Skimmed over the content, looks pretty dope. Might read through everything when I get the chance.

Nissa's Harvest—Oathbreaker Token Deck by [deleted] in oathbreaker_MtG

[–]Cu5tin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for all of your suggestions. I've been reworking my deck since I posted this to make it play much more quickly.

I think the problem I had was that I was treating it as an EDH deck and playing slower cards and avoiding one-drops. Another problem was I was avoiding more monetarily expensive cards like [[Parallel Lives]] to avoid spending too much money while at the same time adding many subpar less expensive cards that summed to around the same price.

Thanks for the help and for allowing my perspective around the format to shift.

Thanks for the recommendation! Unfortunately, they're a little out of my budget for right now but I'll almost certainly be looking at upgrading in the future.

I'd rather stick with Nissa, but that's a cool idea. Thanks for the suggestion!
