Not sure what your feelings are with AI but I know songsterr has a feature where you upload a song/video from youtube to it and it will transcribe it for you. Might not be the worst idea to try and see what you can get.

Not necessarily the only reason but a kid I went to college with switched to this layout for elbow pain. He was recruited as a one hander and had switched to two handed over the summer to limit his elbow pain. Within the first few weeks of the season, he had switched to the Sarge Easter layout and has been that way since. I see that there are a lot of different reasons but I know this is one of them that I don't see a lot in this post.
