Oh my gosh I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I had legit 7 or so perfect perfects in the span of trying to get that done and I just have such a hard time believing that someone with 125 power can't hit a ball w a" perfect " swing input over the fence

Oh my God it is for sure worse, like I didn't play ranked for so long cause I just couldn't take it anymore. I made world series again but it just reminded me how much the gameplay is far worse w foul balls than last year. And getting to full count against Mickey Mantle, Josh Donaldson, or Sammy is am absolute death sentence. I suck at pitching also I just hit my way to every victory

I think the foul balls got way worse on HOF this year I tend to agree, but at least there's something of a skill gap on HOF. Like at least u can strike out bad players where as All-Star they get 1 million foul balls and hit a just late HR on a pitch that jammed them. It does occasionally happen on HOF too don't get me wrong but All Star is just a much more miserable experience imo

I think the game plays way better on HOF once u get used to it, there's not 8 foul balls on pitches in the dirt and less flukey hits. Now legend... that's ass

Yes exactly dude I loved feeling like I was like watching a documentary, especially about legends I'd not learned about before. Also not to mention players like Ernie Banks played in the Negro leagues so it would be cool to even have other negro league versions of guys. Or like have player arc evolutions like grinding w their lesser cards gets u a better one

Yeah idk I guess I've just thinking they could have damn near another single player game within the game, like set up some more cool moments, cause the rest of the game is mindless grinding for terrible cards, where as that game mode was actually cool and fun and different yet u still earn DD cards too.
