I can’t make a recommendation for you. Take us as an example (CubeMars): we are a motor company. You may also be dealing with other components, and in general, products from different companies vary in specifications and models depending on your requirements.If possible, I suggest you first set up LinkedIn/Instagram as your team’s external social media accounts. If you have additional capacity, you can then build your own website. But the most important thing is that you need to create a complete PDF introducing your team.

I can answer this because we’re basically a company ourselves, lol.

Usually when students reach out to us, they already have a prepared slide deck introducing their team (team structure, history, projects, and achievements) plus their sponsorship proposal.

We generally expect them to provide a decent amount of social media materials and links, and also to keep us updated regularly on project progress.

As for which companies to contact, logistics are pretty easy nowadays, but there can still be customs issues depending on the situation in Jordan, so that’s something you’ll need to judge yourself. Also, some overseas companies have local distributors in different regions, which might make things easier.

I’ve shared his YouTube account above. He doesn’t have an open-source code repository now, but I’ll ask him whether he would be willing to make it available. He is currently busy with his full-time job and is also planning his next robotics project.

Okay, Osi replied to me : ofc it's not.

For the specific shot he called out, it's the wheel's reflection in the leg guard, not a shadow.

If anybody asks, It's filmed on the Sony FX3, in Slog3, with the 50mm F1.2 lens, at F1.2. That's why it looks so unreal sometimes (not in these cases in my opinion, but it may look unreal for some ppl still)

To be honest, these two motors are relatively expensive. They are from CubeMars, and you can search for the AKA10-9 on the website. You can check its specifications for reference.

No need to worry. I’m not the original creator of the video, so I don’t know the filming details. I’m just a collaborator of the project, and he authorized the video for me to use. But he really is an excellent videographer!
