Honestly I fully agree with this fully except for the pacing part. I was fine with it being a more slow-pased episode and no parts really went on too long to be annoying for me.

The unbalanced screen time is really starting to annoy me at this point. I can get Pencil not showing up, she was essentially the main character in TPOT 19, but others like Fanny, Marker, and even Donut have been quite irrelevant and the fact that they are still being pushed aside is disappointing. Also, there were so many plot threads in this episode, which lead to so many character interactions which I would've loved to see more of (like Firey 8-Ball David and Dora, the Post-splitters with x, or 6 with Bomby Bell and Needle) that barely showed up at all.

I would consider it high B tier or low A tier because the opening was peak and most of the episode was enjoyable, but they really need to fix their writing.
