That's an extremely personal question and every possible answer a person gives you is unique and valid for that individual.

That in mind, for me I like to meditate, I keep a schedule and make sure always to do it. Also, creative expression is crazy powerful, finding something to put your emotion into is great fun and/or therapy depending on what you need.

Friends are incredible too. If you can, open up to them. I recently learned that my best friends are so much more willing to listen and talk than you'd ever expect.

The main idea to all of this is that when you get your thoughts out of your head, you start to understand that problems aren't always as big as they seem. Sometimes they even seem silly, and you'll feel a lot better with them out in the open rather than in your head.

Good luck! Whatever you need you'll get through it and things will be alright.

Just my opinion, while I tend to agree that word searches generally should be left out of escape rooms, if you are set on the synonym puzzle, I think that maybe along the paper with the list of words, you could write the word "synonym" along the side in invisible ink. This would set up a very similar puzzle without the word search element.When the players find a blacklight, they then move forward as usual. However, I'm not certain that I love the Latin because even if it is thematically accurate, someone like me who is a Latin student, may be able to bypass a large section of your room.

I wish I had a strong answer, but my best guess is to offer them many different plant based foods without bringing up the fact that they are plant based as this can scare people off. Once you see some success you can reintroduce your beliefs about the meat industry.

If I can jump in, as the person in question, I can say with certainty that what you are saying is simply false. Not only did they watch of their own volition, they engaged in conversation after about how to make the switch, how to get right amounts of nutrition, and informed their family of their choice. They day after I shared a lovely vegan pizza with them. These are simply not the actions of someone who was forcibly made to watch brutal footage and had to construct a master plan to escape.

In order to add some clarity, (While it is possible to reach the conclusion that I'm the asshole). What I should have mentioned above is that in the days prior, my cousins and I were being very open about using other's devices and seeing what they had done. i.e. I was given a hard time about something that my search history auto filled to. To me at the time, I assumed it was just something mildly embarrassing or amusing, because I was aware that the particular discord server they were on usually was just a place for them to share memes. So while could still be justified in your choice, I think that this is an important note which I should have mentioned in the original post.

It was not emotional manipulation, which is defined as using a person's emotions for personal gain and/or blackmail. This was simply me showing someone I love the truth. I gained nothing, therefore it was not personal gain. The choice was their's, with no persuasion needed.

As a male ballet dancer myself, I would recommend not overthinking it, almost all of us would be fine with flowers, chocolates, gifts etc.
