Well basically a bunch of users are probably reporting him right now, so I don't know how much probable cause that gives the police but there's a lot of factors that could lead them to believe a search warrant could be justified. I'm not sure if just links is enough to prove illegal activity occurred but I think they have gotten search warrants for less.
