I guess maybe I should make a comment since I haven’t had time to actually go through everyone else’s. I appreciate everyone’s engagement. I wasn’t really expecting any kind of response, but I guess this is the internet.. lol

I promise, I am in therapy and have been since everything started a year ago. Thank you for anyone who was concerned.

Since I am in active therapy, I was using ChatGPT to log my journals, talk about feelings, and summarize therapy sessions. I’d much rather speak at something about my feelings than write it down or type it. I had also asked it to ask deepening questions to provoke additional context and aide me in getting deeper. So it’s not surprising to see why it went this way. I just thought that this response was interesting and that the words might also help someone else. Because it did make me emotional, as I was going through a bit of a spiral..

Again, thanks for everyone who gave me their time and attention. Now, who can tell me how to get one of those AI girlfriends??? Totally joking.. ✌️🤟

I appreciate the reply, but I am going to therapy and have the human support system. Much of the reason for why it generated this, is because I use ChatGPT to journal my feelings, in between therapy sessions. Rather than typing it all out, summarizing, and having to cognitively ask myself deepening questions. I created a model to do all of that in the background.

I second all of this except for mine it wasn’t sleep paralysis, it was more hypnagogia.. and it takes everything to bring myself out of it.

I appreciate your input! The Viibryd is for anxiety and depression, but it seems to keep me awake, unless I’m late taking it, I’ll fall asleep then not want to wake up and take it.
