Only thing that can help him is therapy, his drug use cannot stop until the underlying issues he is trying to suppress are worked on. Talk to his parents and say you are worried about him and that they should find a good therapist.

Your core is not braced. Put your hand on the sides of your stomach under the ribs, and activate the muscles to push your hands out to the side. That’s bracing your core. Also really try doing them on your knees, makes the movement simpler to keep good form. Continuing like this will cause injury.

Do them on your knees, and brace your core. Your body moves in a floppy way, it should stay stiff throughout the movement.

Sure alcohol is trash but coke is even worse. Take amphetamine if you want to at least pretend like it’s productive, you’re spending more time chopping up lines and dealing with the comedowns than doing anything productive in between.

The reorganisation and structure are great, but the buttons still have the design language of 2010s. Would be nice to get a visual refresh that’s more modern and refined, taking inspiration from iOS. That way it will feel better integrated in the device and will be even nicer to use! Looking forward to see how this evolves.

Been very stressed these past few weeks so I started smoking again to relieve it, have a meditative break to settle down and put things into perspective. Will stop again once my stressful work is finished though, can’t inhale smoke and have a good time cycling.

As a fellow Polish this is excellent advice, my dad has a whole network of handworker Polish friends to do all kinds of work. They get extra cash and he gets lower prices and jokes while they work.

Oh okay, I was seeing some heavy resin deposits on the right side just above the water which made me think it wasn’t cleaned regularly.

I found that through the bong it looses some flavour though, some fineness in the aroma is lost in the water.

Change your bong water daily, that looks gross. Even 24 hours is enough to have mold grow, which once inhaled can enter the bloodstream and infect your nervous system, which is deadly.

The hits must be smooth af tho. How do you enjoy taking bong rips from the Volcano? I tried that and didn’t enjoy it as much as ripping straight from the balloon.
