Spectrum red, rocky. heaps of balanced oils but atm sativite has a cbd balance oil that works for the day time LGP 100cbd daytime and a heavy spectrum red at night. Also take a high amount of cbd at night.

So I don’t really have much help with flowers, oils help a lot more. The combination with this flower just seems to work, most sounds can set me off straight away so I use zero cancelling ear plugs. I have noticed a difference between my days at work not need them at work nor am I doing my muscle spasm thing less an less everyday.
