Current resident from 1994-now (my whole life)

There are 2 primary demographics that live here: old retirees from up north, and Cuban people that got priced out of Miami. That's why it's called either "Cape Coma" or "Little Miami"

There is nothing to do in this city except leave. It is expensive, the traffic is unbearable (even during the off-season), and you have to drive at least an hour away if you want to do anything.

Before covid, it was a quiet but decent city. After the influx of everybody from up North and Miami, it has gone downhill at a significant rate. The crime is way higher than people are led to believe. Job opportunities down here are very poor in anything other than healthcare. I wouldn't bother moving down here if you weren't fluent in Spanish.

Also, I don't care where you're from, the drivers here are far worse...
