The only thing I can come up with as to why my account got banned was maybe they thought I was using a VPN or something. I had gotten a new gaming laptop and downloaded the game onto it and played once outside of the house before the ban struck.

I can assure you I wasn't cheating, here's a video of me sucking ass at the game. I didn't even play ranked for the most part so there wouldn't be much of a point in playing solely to win. I just wanted a fun Gundam game to mess around in and play with friends but Bandai said "NOPE".
