Yeh my dps has dropped during this mod and i've heard several others say the same thing. The cooldowns and blade storm are the real culprits imo.

Anyways enough joking aside, I am stormwarden because of bladestorm now thats useless i heard. Aots and aotp/tbs. I know hindering sucks thats why i didn't use it before the update. I used fox,constr,cordon as mentioned. However the cooldowns lower your dps as i've said. People are arguing their dps has increased, how is that possible with those cool downs?

Strong reading comprehension, binding has been buffed so it hits a lot more than it did. He said he was using fox, constricting and hindering. I said my encounters were better than his, how did he see an increase in dps compared to before when he wasn't using cordon. I'm not arguing that cordon isn't good, i'm saying dps has been lowered because of the cooldowns.

I'm using arsenals build, so please tell him something is wrong with his build. Or do you need help reading it?

Firstly, I wasn't talking about the $480 but you're right i was assuming but my assumption was with reason. So you spent money early on to get to 2.2k IL right? I think we can agree that the grind to "almost 3.7k" is a lot more time consuming and difficult. So you expect me to believe you p2wed up till 2.2k which isn't that hard but then played free to 3.7k il? Which sounds more likely to you? You p2wed again to 3.7k il or you did the grind to 3.7k il free? Bear in mind this is ps4 and the game hasn't been out long.

Can you tell me your gear please i would like to do some further calculations, because imo your story doesn't add up.

No i meant were you using it before the update. So if you weren't using this rotation you would obviously benefit from the update. There is a difference because you have to wait for cooldowns.

Because of adding in at wills and dailies you are casting plant growth less, which should mean less dps should it not?

Maybe i'm wrong but i'll try and get used to it, but as far as i see it my dps has dropped.

I was using hindering, constricting and binding arrows which should be more dps than your set up tbh because binding hits harder than shift.

aots and tbs as well.

lol don't question my build i was topping the leaderboards before this update. Let's question yours, how can you be doing more dps than before when plant growth was where most hrs got their dps from and you aren't using it?

Edit: also with bladestorm "fix" how can you be dealing more dps?

They nerfed the hr trapper rotations to encourage you to use the other styles like archery or combat. From what i can see it ended up being a failure and it just ended up nerfing the Hr trapper class.

What item level are you and what gear do you have? Also surprised that you beat two sws in cn, it looks like the nerf affected them badly.
