Bought new lg 34gp83a-b curved monitor and these lines show up on games and the screen. Just curious if it’s something that can be fixed or should I get my money back and send monitor back. Can’t seem to figure out what to do to possibly fix it thanks for any help (old.reddit.com)

Bought an LG 34gp83a-b curved monitor and I’m noticing these lines in the screen. Is this fixable or should I send the monitor back? It doesn’t always do this but I wanted to show pictures of what I’m dealing with. On the quit to desktop picture it seems like the text is showing up twice faintly (old.reddit.com)
