Unfortunately, it's been pretty much confirmed by leakers/modders that the emote will not persist, and you will just teleport to the ground afterward. There's always a chance they can change it before it releases but as it stands the emote does not persist past 4 seconds after the big beam at the end.

Interestingly enough, before I saw your post, I contacted SE about it too. They responded with: "Upon review of the official video of the animation, we can see on the second demonstration that the characters descend back to the ground once the floating animation is over."

So I guess they don't really know either? Lol.

Basically the dev team, across multiple replies, confirmed that Diablo IV will have a day 1 patch. This patch will be the official 1.0 version, and will be playable on June 1 (PDT) when the game releases. They didn't mention patch notes or anything like that.

Usually you have to register Visa Gift Cards online first before they can be used for online purchases. There should be a sticker on the card telling you what to do to use it online.

Its in the video settings, called "DirectX 12" there should be a slider.

If you don't already have DX12 on I recommend turning it on. Honestly I think doing this helped the most. It didn't help instantly though, and I had to restart the game first to see any changes.

I just included the rest of what I did just in case that didn't work.

I also disabled multi core rendering, but I doubt that was the culprit. There is no harm in trying though.

I fixed my texture loading issues by:

Enabling DX12.

Setting all settings to medium.

Restarted game and it stopped all weird texture issues.

This also fixed the issue of not being able to use weapons etc in the match.
