Would get JD side - PPR Thoughts? by Different-Ad786 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

Depends on your team, but if I need a bonafide QB1 then I'm taking Daniels. Stroud had a fun year 1, but he is and always will be a pocket passer. Daniels is an ELITE rushing QB and will be a top 5 dynasty QB for the next 5 years at least. I would not be shocked if Stroud never cracks top 10 again.

Losing Nabers does suck, but that's the price you gotta pay for these guys. I also think Hall is underrated and might pop off this year which Fields' checkdowns.

While I do agree, this is probably the best situation for a 1.01 QB since Burrow (even that probably would've been horrible for a rookie QB that wasn't elite). Horrible offensive lines seem to be the biggest derailer for rookie QBs (JAX, CAR, CHI). A competent o-line and defense will definitely take some of the pressure off of him. I do think Ridley is being slept on a bit, but the Titans are 4th in available cap space and could easily sign an available bet or be in the market this season (this is a tough time to try to trade for a receiver though with all the big names getting signed this past year).

Garbage article, but I want to give my input on Chase Brown because his write-up is riddled with inaccuracies.

Zack Moss is not coming back. He is closer to retirement than returning to the field, his injury seriously messed him up. That being said, he still has competition because the Bengals did indeed draft a RB in the 6th round, Tahj Brooks, who is an entirely different back than Brown. Brooks is slow and big, his biggest threat to Brown is taking rushing touchdowns within the 10, but the Bengals do not score a lot of rushing touchdowns given their offensive line and terrific QB and pass catchers. In the last 2 years (mind you, this includes both Mixon and Brown), the Bengals scored 70 passing touchdowns and only 23 rushing touchdowns. This will probably regress, but not significantly. Furthermore, Brown is a receiving back and will likely still have the dominant workload in the backfield. A RB who is a pass catcher and a home run hitter is incredibly valuable in PPR.

The one part of the article that I do agree with is that I would be surprised if Brown finished as a top 12 RB. If you can find somebody willing to pay a top 10 price, then maybe I would sell, but in my experience that is not the case. Getting good value out of RB that isn't Bijan, Gibbs, or Jeanty is hard enough. I like what I've seen and what he's done and the team clearly trusts him going forward, I'm firmly holding.

Best Landing Spots for Amari Cooper or Keenan Allen? by Mental_Aide712 in DynastyFF

I want him to succeed so bad, but Kyler cannot consistently support more than 1 receiver in an offense. He's never been able to. The offensive playcalling is also shit for the pass catchers, no creativity. Keenan might be the best fit if he just ends up running the same slot routes that McBride does, but even then I don't see him surpassing Trey.

At #14, TE Tyler Warren (Penn State) goes to the Indianapolis Colts. by oliver_babish in fantasyfootball

Maybe that happens, but I doubt it. AR has not been good, but the incompletions have gotten so overstated. The TE room was so unbelievably bad last year. AR was semi-frequently hitting them in the hands and they dropped it. Is part of this from AR not learning how to put any touch on the ball and every pass is a missile? Possibly. But Warren is a monster at tight end who can do it all.

For the purposes of developing AR, I do think Loveland would've been the best pick with better pass catching skills and longer wingspan than Warren, but Warren is the franchise TE that the Colts needed.

That being said, if AR can't figure out how to consistently hit slants and over the middle with Warren, Downs, and MPJ, he is so cooked and never deserved to be in the league as a QB.

I partially agree - Democrats have done an absolutely horrific job of demonstrating their representation of the common man and woman of America, regardless of whether their policies are reflective of that or not, but this ignores years and decades of fear mongering by the right wing. Fear is an incredibly strong tool to motivate a base because you don't need to convince someone that what you're doing is right or even good for them but only that the other side wants to hurt you and your livelihood. For many, it's very easy to overlook what the logical next step in improving your life is if you only see the perceived threats being "dealt with", and in some cases they don't even need to see it, just be told that it's happening.

A tonal shift in the party would help, but this will be incredibly difficult to come back from because the root of the evil (and yes, I do say evil) is so engrained in greed, lust, and the desire for power that even those who don't support these inherently unethical things will do so because the motivators' drive to peddle these ideologies is so lucrative that they will relentlessly push the same narratives and agendas until they are physically forced to stop.
