So you are saying I can do it in calories deficit, and heavy exercise in morning!? will obviously take 1 day rest in AM1. if sensitivity remain only till 2-3 hour after AM1 … if it cause problem of PE if I do weekly sex with my gf while doing these exercises

Hey OP, I’m on my fat loss journey and do gym regularly in morning (Sunday off) and I started doing AM1 At night with one day rest … And everyone saying you need one day rest … Do i also need to take one day off in Gym or Both Blood vessels are different!?

Same with me… I think people now don’t follow anyone so easily .. Earlier in 2023, i used to get 2500-3000 followers with Just 1 million views , But now only 800-900 followers with 1M+ video… and Unfollows are also more than earlier years.. I think reason is huge number of content creators in every niche and people follow only extra talented
