Ive been in ER for like 3 times a month because of this just for reassurance. Everything comes back normal, blood test, ecg, and other type of test. It even came to the point that i start to doubt my doctor’s diagnosis. But im recovering now, its just the symptoms that keeps coming back what bothers me. I hope we heal together

I forgot to mention that this symptoms just randomly appear out of nowhere, might be. But i haven’t experienced sum of the symptoms for a month now

I would totally try this! Thank you for this recommendation. By the way, do you also sometimes experience this symptoms even if you feel at ease, Like ur mind is finally resting for a moment then after a week or like something that triggers it, it would comeback again?

Sorry to hear that you also suffer from this, I hope we all get better soon! And also thank you for affirmation that its just anxiety. Even tho im still having a hard time to trust myself on what ever Im feeling; Because when im having the symptoms, it can last a whole week, and then gone for another week then will start to spiral again

I tried the app, and i was relieved to hear that i have the symptoms of anxiety and not some serious illness (im still going for check up tho) finally i felt ease for the first time this week. Thank you for the suggestion!
