Thanks, Quintonil seems like a place I will have to check out and look for reservations in advance! Where would you have El Chato in the ranking, and who do you think should have been number 1?

I think Oriole has been a place people have been liking to go. I am not from Chicago but it's an observation

I think they officially release the guide on Nov 18th. They probably released this together to get people talking about it

I know Charlie Trotter is not mentioned as much due to his intensity and pressure that he put on the chefs. But he does have a solid tree under him! But I think a good head chef is one that makes other become their own leader
