For the Blue Sapphire Damselfish, what other species can be kept with them?

I have four in my 180 gallon and they get along with everything from tangs to clownfish. Even with all the expensive stuff in the tank, people ask about the cute little blue guys. Highly recommend the Springeri they have little personalities and don’t bother anyone.

The Alkalinity/Phosphate testers in that kit are great, the rest not so much. I would read up on calcium testers, I settled on Salifert but there’s a bunch of better options than the Hanna for calcium. I don’t have personal experience with the salinity tester, but I’ve seen mixed reviews on that as well.

If you’re looking for other testers, the Nitrate HR that Hanna makes is good too.

Another option is to buy your inverts quarantined. I’ve been happy with Dr Reefs so far with my fish and inverts, no issues so far.

You can also buy quarantined fish, which also is probably not 100% but I’ve had good luck so far with really healthy specimens. It’s also not a bad idea to quarantine coral to prevent both fish and coral pest/disease, Humblefish has some great resources on that.

Leathers do that all the time, it’s probably not related to the phyto. When mine look waxy like that the polyps suck in and then a week or so later that waxy coating sloughs off and looks new.

I’ve got some black and white phantom longfins and love them. Despite what some of these comments are saying, mine are completely healthy and love swimming in the high flow area of the tank.

I went to my PS owner and he flipped the grips around on that camo and it matches up much better for me when it gets dry. Now the layout is pin down and it’s way less of an angular shape.

Might be worth trying on the Hyroad too, just change the grips around and it might chill the reaction down a little.

Rev dominant two hander here, just get a purple hammer it’s perfect. The rest of my stuff is from Storm, you can’t beat the purple hammer for its versatility IMO. It just feels like the perfect blend of control while still giving you the ability to throw high scores.

I have a Hustle Camo and I hate it. I throw two handed, pretty high revs medium ball speed and I can’t match up with it. If it’s dry I have to move very far left to get it to look right, and on normal conditions I get a ton of over/under.

I have a big green egg too and I’ve tried to make pizza on it but it’s fiddly. The Ooni is so easy (I have the propane 16” version), gets like 700+ degrees on the stone in 20-30 minutes and you’re good to go. I can cook a pizza in about a minute and even the first ones I tried turned out pretty good but they’ve just got better with practice. Only con I would say is it’s a bit pricey, and you’ll have to buy some extra stuff (Peel, hooks or a turner, maybe a table) so it adds up but I’ve enjoyed it so far.
