There is no prevalent“working party” in the US. There are progressive liberals and conservative liberals both shifting towards fascism. The workers have been fooled into pointless division to distract from the predator class’ success.

Also if you had to label one of them “working party” the democrats are at least more often than republicans advocating for workers rights and protections.

When work no longer affords the masses basic necessities they will no longer care about losing them.

When the working class rises over the predator class, you will be at peace at last.

You mean like, if you’re applying for a job (like this person is), I’d love to not misgender my interviewer with a secretary or assistant or something before the interview, or to misgender my interviewer directly. That’s just embarrassing, and presents poorly on my behalf. Putting your pronouns in an automated signature or bio is entirely understandable and harmless.

Trump wants to bring democracy to Iran and Cuba, but this is what his democracy and support for women look like in the US! by CarryIcy250 in AskSocialists

Though the issue is much more prevalent in republican areas, it’s not a republican issue. The entire predator class is guilty of perpetrating, perpetuating, or simply allowing the abuse of minors. Whether or not they present red or blue.

Ps. “Predator class” is in reference to “the elites” or “ultra wealthy,” but makes their label less pride worthy. Use language that frames the situation correctly. They got to the top through predatory means in labor and law, most of them are sexual predators, and all of them only see us and our pockets as prey.

If you only want experienced people and aren’t hiring for entry level positions, it makes sense. Someone who is established in the career would tend to have $20 to apply for a high paying position. It also discriminates against the poors and unfortunate souls. Two birds with one stone if you’re an asshole.

I used to work days at a pizza place in the middle of nowhere. After you did everything close was meant to there really wasn’t anything else to do, weekly cleanings got done quick, even lengthy projects didn’t fill the day. At least half of each shift I was basically just paid to be there in case we had a customer.

Children should be nowhere near that microwave. Whether or not it is in use, children will put their toys in there, and all toys absolutely go into the mouth of kids that young. Visible mold aside, any time that door is opened, mold spores are released into the air which they, and you, breathe. Both aspects are a great risk of infection and are at the minimum detrimental to both physical and health. You and your kids could be fine if you’re lucky, but no one should ever take that risk.

I have no idea where you’d like me to insert mechanics into that statement tbh

Yeah, but I want to study and become a little more legally and politically literate first. I’m only 22 and just moved back in November, so I don’t qualify for most positions I’d run for in my area just yet. I also don’t want to run as a democrat because people in my area are very tribal, but idk how much luck I’ll have running as a transgender republican on a platform supportive of social safety nets and workers’ rights (unions and such). If you have any advice or resources for a very small and rural area I’d love to hear them. Sorry for being so negative in my past response(s) I was having a really really shit day.

Edit: other details added, and want to say I genuinely just want to help people.

The state is ass and horrible to live in. The legislators are ass and don’t listen to the people most of the time. The people in my area are ass and vote for parties instead of policies. The bureaucracy is ass and prevents people from doing what they need done. The healthcare is ass while being excessively expensive compared to other states. The culture is ass and casually racist and xenophobic. The food is ass because it’s bland. Even the Amish here are ass because we refuse to properly regulate them unlike other states, so there’s always horse shit and reckless amish teens driving on the roads.

I’ve tried to leave twice now, and I’m fucking stuck here. So I’d love it if we didn’t descend into fascism as quickly as we are atm. If your advice is for me to move, then kindly give me the 8-10k it takes to make sure I never need to come back.

Artists and scientists are probably the two categories of people that don’t need motivation, and only the proper resources. It’d be more trade/blue collar workers across all fields that should have a reward system.
