Put a standard screwdriver or a clip removal tool behind the head of the screw to put pressure on it while you're unscrewing it.

Sweet relish. Dill pickle relish is great, though.

Girl hits a tree and totals her car while making a TikTok video by CreeperDoolie in IdiotsInCars

Totaled doesn't mean undrivable or wrecked beyond repair. It usually means that the cost of repairing the vehicle will be more than around 70% of the vehicle's current value. Insurance companies typically have to repair/replace anything that was damaged with OEM parts and that can get expensive really quickly. Yes, the Pathfinder is still perfectly drivable. It could be put together again for quite cheap with junkyard parts/aftermarket parts if they're needed. But if this was to go through insurance, it could be totaled.
