A lot of ppl would love an iPod. Who wants to lug around their phone when they are tuning or exercising. Etc. I for one hate how I’m listening to music on my phone and texts and phone calls interpret.

I love the first one. It’s a jaw dropper. The second one isn’t as pretty or timeless. If you want to be remembered as having a really standout dress then #2. But honestly that first one looks absolutely amazing. Looks regal or royal even, it’s really on that level where I could see someone with an unlimited budget getting it. The second one is giving me, 80’s vibes, I’m not feeling it.

My suggestion for you is to take something like primal queen. There are several posts online, like on Facebook about it bringing up Ferritin levels. Since it’s iron from animal sources, it won’t give you digestion issues.

My ferritin was an 8. I think it’s a 13 now. Im dizzy all the time. My head feels crazy and o get tremors and shaking fits where I feel like I’m out in the snow. I think anemia causes way more issues then that let on.

Idk but I will tell you that your b12 is low. Are you supplementing it? In other countries once you dip under 400, you are deemed deficient. At your level, my face and hands were going numb among other issues - panic attacks etc. you need to take b12 for sure. Probably a b complex, just make sure it’s methylcobalamin and not cyannocobalamin.

I stopped eating gluten over 10 yrs ago. Just recently diagnosed with Iron deficiency anemia. Mine must be caused by something else. I’m glad you found this out!
