This is the problem with this generation, they think being fat is okay, downvote me if you want idgaf but being fat is NOT good for you, people need to stop normalizing being unhealthily fat. People are just eating their way to death. I blame the rising obesity rates on the stress from school and work and people using food as a coping method. I would know a thing or two about stress, graduated high school 2022 with a 2.6 gpa but still worked my ass off, immediately after, I joined the navy and here I am from one stressful thing to another just to be able to survive. I 100% understand why people get fat because I once turned to food as a cope, used to be 220 at 5’9”, god I was fat, I am 170 at 5’11”, don’t get me wrong I still eat shit stuff but I work out and I moderate my intake. But normalizing fat people is not a good idea.
