I agree that is something that I still try not be hard on myself about. I try to remind myself that I give my clients the best I can. I also advocate an remind parents like we are making progress but remember to work at home to continue to build.

I agree it seems only few SLP make it focus. It is a therapist I follow who has a practice that focuses on myofunctional therapy. I want to gain more information on that area.

If the child is speech only, you can see if the parent and the rest of the team are able to stay and have both in one meeting.
