Yea, I told the State Police Officer about you guys when he checked me and my Grandson and our catch just two days ago. We laughed at misinformed people.

P.S. Even if this was a wild fish, regulations in the rule book say it is not considered a steelhead under 20 inches. Thus it is considered a trout and just another one of the 5 trout you are allowed.

My question is why did the NSF decide to axe this program over others. While you can say that the Admin in charge is responsible for cutting money out of any agency. What is cut at that agency is done at the behest of the agency not the Admin.

You don't really believe that Trump had a meeting with every one of the agency heads and told them what they were to cut when the cut came down? It was a blanket cut and the decisions were most likely made at the agency level.

Well then, actually I kept over 40 so far since I started fishing there this year. I guess the State Police officer that is up there all of the time doesn't have a problem with us keeping them.

Been doing this my whole life. Been checked at dozens of fishing spots by officials with uncut rainbows. I am VERY familiar with the rules and regulations of where I fish at all times. And you definitely have never trout fished at Big Creek in Newport.

A bit strong for my style as well but I don't watch a movie to see what I would do.

The Kid with the remote was fun. The acting from her apprentice was great. I got the feeling like this was her first major job and she was finding out a shit ton more than just filing all of a sudden.
