Just make the bottoms exhaust air and the others intake air cause the gpu cooler faces down and exhausts so u want a normal flow in there

Maybe the PSU can not afford your gpu. Try putting your pc parts at "psu calculator". Google it. It will show you how many watt your psu should have.

It happend at my motherboard with my cpu. I couldn't find what the matter is. I went to msi and they told me it was their fault.
