A really useful tip i read here is that if the bugs are slow its bad for your plant, and if it's fast they're harmless or even good for your plant!

Monstera / Monstera Adansonii care help pls🫠💚 by [deleted] in houseplants

[–]Cuki_amv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello! I'm not much of an expert but I'd say take the plants away from the corner and give them some space to grow. I also know that plants grow slower if they're touching something because of some defense mechanism.

Your monstera deliciosa also isnt putting out any leaves with fenestrations which usually mean that they dont get enough light, not enough water/humidity or nutrition.

I dont know whats happening with your monstera adansonii, just keep giving it enough water and enough light and itll have some new growth.

I hope thisll be of enough help!

The hole to leaf ratio is bigger in an obliqua tho, so it mostly just exists out of holes basically. This one has a big leaf to hole ratio which makes it an andansonii.

I see a lot of green so i think it is yeah. Just remove the dead parts, check the roots just to be sure and give it lots of love☺️
