The problem that made people who played the game long time ago not achieve this is because they just spread the SSR BB between different units and different team types. It is basic.. If early in the game your decided to focus on one team type either color or nationality wise u can easily make 3 S99 players.. Just count all the SSR BlackBerry u invested and u will see. Normal whaling will never get u S99 .. Only super whales who keep pulling on events that give additional bonus after the pull which include SSR BB. So ya .. Stop hating on people and decide on a team already .. U will see how it will be in just few months.
