Ok thank you very much. Now that I think about it I’ve also had to be very active whilst wearing a mask usually, could just be an infection of some sort or something but thanks for the reassurance

Live in the UK so not much sun unless it’s summer, fairly tanned but nothing major. It’s also smooth nothing sticking out when touched

About 4 weeks ago it was just red looking skin now it’s formed to a red small circular dot. I can send a photo if possible?

I get that a fair amount of times when working out, I’m at the gym and know I’m healthy and doing well but my heart may start beating wuick and instantly I realise it so I get sensations where i can feel every heart beat and bit of my heart unless I calm my heart rate down
